The Talex Talent Pool is a curated network of vetted senior engineers matched to stable, continuous contract projects with international clients in Fintech, Insurance, and Enterprise SaaS. Members get early access to new projects and dedicated support from an Account Manager throughout each engagement.
We are looking for Senior Engineers, Tech Leads, and Solution Architects with 5 or more years of hands-on experience. Applications are open to both independent contractors and full-time employees who want to transition to contract work.
Rates are transparent and shared directly inside Talent Portal, our talent platform, once your profile is verified. We do not display rates publicly to keep negotiations fair and protect confidentiality for both engineers and clients. There are no hidden fees.
Clicking Apply takes you to Talent Portal, our talent platform, where you create a profile and upload your CV. Our TA team reviews your application and runs a verification round. Once verified, you are matched to open projects that fit your stack and seniority level.
Pool members get first priority when new projects open. When a contract ends, your Account Manager actively works with the Talent Acquisition team to match you to the next suitable engagement — reducing the gap between projects.
Yes. Full social insurance (BHXH) and health insurance (BHYT) are included when you sign a contract with Talex. You are engaged as an Independent Contractor with a formal agreement — your rights and rates are documented before any project begins.
